Appeals for Negative Editorial Decisions

Authors may request the Editorial Board to reconsider a rejection decision. These requests are considered appeals, which, as a matter of policy, are given secondary priority relative to the journal's workload.

In practice, this means that decisions on appeals may take time to be resolved. Final decisions on appeals will be made by the Editorial Board Member handling the article.
